"27.06.2020 Tasting at the office with my colleagues. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light roasted wood, citrus, faint honey, floral, light caramel, light earthy. Palate Balanced, complex, floral, citrus, light chocolate, tobacco, spice, lightly dry. Finish Long, balanced, complex, wood, faint chocolate, citrus, dried fruit, light vegetal."

"A nose full of depth and complexity. Nougat, licorice and then it goes towards ripe fruit (mango, peach). Complemented furche an earthy, musty note. Wood is there enough, of course, well integrated. Spicy. Some water makes it creamier.Woody in the mouth, paired with a complex blend of spices.A full, deep, long aged rum. The classic Bielle profile is recognizable."

"An der Nase ordentlich Karamell / Toffee, Piment, holzige Noten und getrocknete Aprikose. Am Gaumen Muskatnuss, Lakritze, Karamell, altes Holzfass, Mokka. Richtig guter, runder und zugleich vielschichtiger Bielle! Vielen Dank für das Sample nach Wien!"
