“Un rhum au profil particulièrement sucré. On a des effluves très douces dès le nez avec des notes mielleuses, de la vanille, de la crème au caramel, du chocolat au lait et quelques fruits confits et fruits secs. On retrouve ce profil très doux en bouche, sans grande surprise. Le rhum est épais, sirupeux et presque visqueux en bouche, ce qui renforce cette impression de rhum liquoreux avec du sucre ajouté. La finition en sherry se manifeste avec une touche subtile de cerise. La finale, très courte et sommaire, renforce cette impression de pâtisserie chocolatée, avec un côté visqueux et épais et une sensation de chaleur qui s’en dégage. Bien que très accessible, ce rhum est peu mémorable et a de quoi provoquer le diabète avec son dosage de sucre.”
