The "Wild Series Rum Enmore No. 2 EHP" was produced in Guyana at the Demerara Distillers Ltd distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Romdeluxe. It was distilled in 2002 from Molasses with a Coffey Still and then aged for 17 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 61,5% and the mark is EHP. This is a limited release and there are only 236 bottles. 19 community members rated this rum with an average of 7.9/10. The rum smells like Vanilla, Brown sugar and Butterscotch, and on the palate there is Fruity, Vanilla and Plum.

Very well integrated ABV and I only added a drop of water in order to get all the flavours set free. Water is not needed though because it's very well balanced.
Na nose objevuji velmi rozsáhlý mix především sladkých tónů. Chce to určitě nechat rozdýchat ve sklenici. V chuti jsou to čokoládové ale i jemně ovocné tóny, I přes vyšší hodnotu ABV velmi dobře integrovaný alkohol. Parádní kousek.
Surprisingly sweet and slightly fruity enmore, but the alcohol could be much better integrated. I had to sneeze 3 times when nosing 😂 Solid taste but not a revelation either and not a particularly good representative of Enmore rums for me.
Unfortunately, the high alcohol content makes it difficult to enjoy.
