It was distilled in 1985 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 46%. 22.08.2009 This resort as many others on Sanya Beach is wonderful and we had a few tastings in this area. This particular evening was special with people from all over the world. Notes. Light in colour. Nose: wood, plum, caramel and light leather. Palate: wood, raisin, licorice, anise and light roasted notes. Finish: medium long with roasted wood, herbs, licorice and dried fruit.
