“Un Père Labat antique qui débutent avec de superbes notes de solvants atypiques, des arômes fruités très marqués sur les fruits tropicaux, les agrumes et les fruits secs, une trame végétale et florale subtile et des notes sucre brun, de toffee et de massepain complètent ce profil très équilibré et complexe. L’attaque en bouche est tournée vers les épices et le profil végétal et floral, du cuir, de l’amertume et des fruits très en retrait. L’alcool est très bien intégré. La finale, très longue, poursuit la trame terreuse avec les notes de tabac et de thé, les épices, l’amertume, les noix et le chocolat noir. Un rhum complet, intense et complexe qui fait partie des raretés de Marie-Galante.”
