“Wonderful rum and the price matches the quality pretty good. The nose is fruity with wood, spices, caramel and hints of menthol and medicinal notes. The palate is fruity and woody with spices, caramel and nuts trailed by caramel, eucalyptus and licorice. The finish is long and woody with fruits and spices.”

“Au nez, c’est très fruité, même quasiment que fruité. Sur le fruit confits principalement, comme de l’orangette. On a également d’autres agrumes et de la coco. C’est plutôt pâtissier, agréable, léger mais loin d’être fou pour un Bielle 8 ans. La bouche est plutôt ronde et douce sur le fruité (mangue-orange). C’est très légèrement boisé et marqué sur la vanille. La finale est respectable sans être exceptionnelle sur l’orangette et le chocolat. On est quand même sur un rhum équilibré et gourmand avec un profil Bielle plutôt atypique et surprenant type foursquare”
