Un alcool très bien intégré et les 4 mois en foudre de cognac est étonnement très présent.
Another retaste and I still like it a lot. Draws really nice curtains in the glass. Sticking to my initial score. This is an amazingly good white. Medium to long finish with spices. A must try :-)
Unfortunately for me, i like everything about this now unicorn bottle. A clear difference to the aged product, but complex goodness and surprisingly a lot of ester. This one really is lovely.
Colour are not completely clean, it have light yello colour. Compare to colour actually it’s looks more like white three years old Doorlys. Nose is quite soft. Taste is more like bittersweet. It remind me some white agricole from Martinique mixed with sugar syrup. But spirit it self are still very soft. A touch of nuttiness. Texture on mouthfeel are just like almonds or coconut piece.
