Balthasar Rum Blend ist ein Blend gewonnen aus drei Karibischen Inseln, Jamaika, Barbados, und Guyana. Ich war sehr überrascht, Geruch und Geschmack sind sehr ansprechend fruchtig und holzig. Der Preis 30€ ist echt top und habe mir 3 Flaschen mitgenommen. Für zwischendurch ein echt süffiger Rum. ABV ist nur 40% aber dafür kommen die Aromen sehr gut durch. Ist natürlich immer alles Geschmackssache, ist auf jedenfall ein Taste Wert + Foursquare ist auch mit dabei😍
Blind-Tasting zweier Samples, die mir Master-P als Beigabe mitsendete, danke dafür 😍Verkostet im EC Prag-Hamburg. Sample 2: Nase: fruchtig, süß-würzig. Stachelbeere und Limette, ins Orangige gehend, also Kumquat. Dazu etwas künstlich süß-säuerlich wirkendes Zitronat oder Spülmittel ohne das Seifige. Geht leicht in die low-Ester Richtung eines Monymusk. Dazu ist er aber zu künstlich… interessant allemal, mit etwas zu künstlich. 7,8 Gaumen: etwas wässrig, der scheint reduziert zu sein. Wieder dieser doch sehr künstliche süß-säuerliche Zitronat-Geschmack, bekommt einen leichten touch Richtung Joghurt, und eine leicht karamellige Zucker Note. Hat Ähnlichkeiten zu einem Jamaika-Blend aus alten Zeiten. Definitiv geblendet. Kommt mir vor, wie um 40%. 7,4
Sehr guter Blend! Wahrscheinlich etwas gesüßt. Erinnert mich sehr an den damaligen Caribbean Blend von rum Artesanal.
Gut gemachter Einsteiger-Sipper. Nicht spektakulär, aber solide. Könnte eventuell leicht, aber nicht zu viel gesüßt sein. Ich könnte mir vorstellen, dass der auch im Cocktail gut funktioniert. Und wenn dieser Blend wirklich nur 30 EUR kostet, dann hat man bei einem Kauf wahrlich nichts falsch gemacht. Dank an MasterP für das Sample!
