It was distilled in 2004 from Sugar cane honey with a Column Still and then aged for 14 years. The rum has an ABV of 63,1%.     17.08.2019 Spending a nice evening with the guys, good food and several different rums. Colour Light in colour. Nose Wood, light roasted, faint chocolate, berries, light citrus, faint mineral, light dried fruit. Palate Round, light dry, medium spicy, wood, light roasted, light tannins, light chocolate, faint medicinal, faint salt, light raisin. Finish Medium long, wood, light tannins, dried fruit, light chocolate, light caramel, medium spicy.

    Einfach genial für alle die intensiv mögen und denen Fassstärke nichts anhaben kann. Haiti ist ja generell immer besonders und hier hat mich besonders begeistert, dass es sich um einen Column Still-Rum handelt und dennoch die Aromen am Gaumen explodieren! Einer der besten Rums die ich je verkostet habe.
