Viel Karamell, Vanille, Eichenholz, einfach lecker. Insgesamt ist er mir aber leider zu stark verdünnt. Schade.
A lovely rum. The nose promises more than the palate can deliver. Would have loved this one with a higher ABV.
Un nez étonnamment fruité pour un Albion, où on attendrait plutôt un boisé très marqué : fruits secs bien sûr mais aussi fruits frais et même agrumes. Du caramel, du chocolat et de la vanille, du bois jeune et un côté végétal complètent le tableau. La bouche ne tient hélas pas les promesses du nez, diluée, acqueuse. Les arômes complexes du nez restent ici trop discrets. La finale est assez présente et les arômes y forment une belle harmonie mais là aussi il manque des watts. On retrouve enfin la complexité du nez dans le verre vide. Merci Pascal pour le sample.
