“Dieser tolle Hampden Geruch entströmt dem Glas. Zwar bremsen die nur 46% die Reichweite, aber die feinen Ester-Noten haben ihre Wirkung. Ananas und Mandarine dazu ein bisschen Marzipan und Honig. Ein wenig Essig steht harmonisch neben einer Frische, fast Richtung Menthol. Durch die Verdünnung kommt er am Gaumen leider sehr schwach rüber. Daher dominieren die feinen Ester und Anis. Limetten, Ananas und etwas Marzipan kommen dann auch durch. Das Hampden Profil ist schön, wie schön wäre es mit höherem abv? Trotzdem recht gut.”
