Really very good. Best sipping rum. Sweet but not overly so.
Great when I want a sweet rum. Nose of banana and vanilla and mouth of creme brûlé!
On The Rocks: On the nose there is a mild fruit, spice and oak just like the 4 and 7 year. Taste reveals a moderate oak with spice and fruit. This rum has continued to develop more depth of flavour with some nice smoothness. Finish is medium with the oak and spice continuing to linger with a delayed chest burn. Mixed Pepsi Zero: On the nose Pepsi Zero. Taste reveals a very smooth sweet Pepsi zero. It is quite delicious mixed and would recommend it this way. Would drink multiple.
