The "1998" was produced in Guadeloupe at the Bellevue distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler That Boutique-Y Rum Company. It was distilled in 1998 from Sugar cane juice with a Column Still and then aged for 19 years. The rum has an ABV of 54,2%. The rum smells like Dried fruit, Dried apricot and Marmalade, and on the palate there is Prunes, Raisin and Woody.
