This almost seems like a joke rum. It goes for about 23€, is bottled at a weird 38%, and Kingston is misspelled Kingstone on the bottle. But then you read a bit and apparently it’s Appleton rum that is aged in ex-jack daniels barrels. The taste is weak as hell, the faintest of jamaican notes. This is just a crappy rum that I will use when I’m trying cocktail recipes I don’t quite trust.
