“Sehr interessant. Etwas Gummi, Teer, Tee. Kaum Agricole Töne in der Nase oder Gaumen. Im Abgang jedoch erkennbar. Die Fruchtigkeit weicht der dreckigen Tönen im Verlauf des Glases. Kein Weltklasse Rum aber eine schöne Erfahrung.”

“Dieser Isautier überrascht mich… und zwar sehr positiv! Trotz des geringen ABV bietet er in der Nase und am Gaumen reichlich Aromen von säuerlichen Früchten, Schokolade, Gewürzen und etwas Holz. Ein richtig guter Sipper. Die Verdünnung ist hier definitiv gelungen”

“Trotz der nur 45% hat dieser Isautier ein sehr schönes, vielschichtiges Bouquet. Nase: fein würzig und angenehm holzig. Neben der Würze von Muskat und Kümmel, hat er eine ganz weiche Süße von Nougat und Schokolade. Hinzu kommen noch zarte fruchtige Noten von Stachelbeere, schwarzer Johannisbeere und orange. Alles schließt wunderbar mit Kräutern und einer feinen Eukalyptus-Note. 8,4 Die Eindrücke von der Nase finden sich ähnlich auch am Gaumen: würzig und holzig, mit Muskat und Kümmel, dazu hier noch leicht pfeffrig. Eindeutig fruchtig-bittere Orangenschale mit säuerlicher Stachelbeere. Hinten ein Eindruck von Heu, Safran und einen Hauch Eukalyptus. Der braucht gar keinen höheren ABV und das zeugt von Qualität. 8,0”
