The Plantation Extreme No. 3 HJC was produced in Jamaica at the Long Pond distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Maison Ferrand. It was distilled in 1996 from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 22 years. The rum is bottled at cask strength and has an ABV of 56.2% and the mark is HJC. This is a limited release and there are only 2121 bottles.
