“I just returned from a luxury tasting I was invited to and I'm actually a bit tipsy this time because all the rums had a high proof. This tasting was Plantation extreme only and this is the fourth one of the six. This is a very nice estery Jamaican rum where the finish lasts for a very, very long time. Very well balanced between proof, spice and tropical fruits. The price is a bit high but still OK I think.”

“Nicht ganz so rund/zugänglich wie andere low Ester Long Ponds. Die dreckigen Noten und die Minze erinnern etwas an Abfüllungen aus Trinidad (TDL). Dazu Leder, Lakritz, Gewürze, gelbe Früchte und Karamell. Aus der Erinnerung heraus ähnlich dem Tamosi LSO. Liefert am Gaumen genau das was die Nase verspricht. Gefällt mir gut, aber preislich leider drüber.”
