How does this rum taste?
- fresh, spicy, woody and dry
- very well balanced, spicy, fresh
- tolle Nase
Neisson Profil 105 shows off classic agricole character with dry sugarcane, lots of woody and peppery spice, and a noticeable vegetal edge. Several RumX users highlight a fresh, lively nose, calling it “fruity, sweet, very inviting” (Matiss) with “vivid woody and peppery” notes (Timo Groeger). The palate follows through on cane and wood, but the pepper and dry oak stay in front, while vanilla and sometimes a touch of chocolate round it out. Reviewers note a youthful bite and long finish, but appreciate the balance—“very well balanced, spicy, fresh but as well round and intensive” (Jindrich Strobl).

To Neisson
"Reminds me a little of an Armagnac. Definitely a very tasty item at a more than fair price. Thanks Jarek for the sample. Edit: Tasted again, tastes good and a real bargain for the price."
"#4499 25.11.2023 Looking at the price tag you get a lot for your money with this release. Medium fruity but very fresh and well balanced. The palate is oily and sweet with light floral notes. The finish is medium long with a minty and orange touch. Draws very nice curtains in the glass. The empty glass has some light chocolate and stronger mint notes."
"Bon Neisson !"
"Quite young, but the Neisson DNA already comes through clearly. Still a bit peppery, but I like it really well - especially for the price called."
