- Fruity schnapps aroma
- Hints of vanilla and chocolate
- Budget-friendly option
This rum, bottled by Mr. Finton's, originates from an unknown producer and is distilled from molasses with a notable 40% ABV. Users often describe it as possessing a fruit schnapps-like aroma complemented by hints of vanilla and dark chocolate. Its taste is characterized by an alcoholic sharpness, a subtle sweetness, and thin texture. Although it appeals to some for its unique notes, others liken it to a diluted spirit with neutral alcohol. The finish tends to be short and inexpressive, emphasizing more on ripe fruits rather than typical rum complexities. As a budget option, this rum stirs varied opinions, making it suitable primarily for cocktails rather than sipping.

"This rum has a fruity nose, also with some vanilla and chocolate. In the mouth disappointingly thin, somewhat sweet, alcoholic spicy and fruity. Nothing new in the short finish. Overall, a rather unspectacular rum."
"This rum would probably not be recognized as a rum in a blind tasting. For 40% it is quite tangy and smells more like a fruit brandy than a rum. Light amber in color it is certainly colored and sweetened. The base could be a Foursquare diluted almost beyond recognition with neutral alcohol. Quite little wood, quite sweet, with little spice. The taste has probably fallen victim to the price of 8.99€."
