Das Aroma ist zuerst Holzig, dann kommt der Agricole Geruch zum Vorschein. Dazu gesellt sich etwas Rauch und Whisky. Auch im Geschmack ist Rauch und Whisky vorhanden, Holz und später auch etwas Agricole-Geschmack. Das Finish ist relativ lang und trocken. Wiederum ein guter Rhum von Trois Rivieres...

Un excellent spiritueux mais pas forcément un bon rhum. Même si le produit est très équilibré, il perd ses notes agricoles. On est à la limite de l’AOC à mon sens. Cependant (et c’est le but), il propose une vrai option pour le cocktail même sur des long drink.
