Very wood forwards on the nose with some dried fruits. Not much of fresh/vegetal notes in this release with - despite its relatively low ABV - a bit too much alcohol on the nose. I prefer the palate over the nose. Better balanced with fruits, quite some sweetness and wood my biterness, which is better integrated compared to the nose, however.
Kleines HSE Tasting: Sehr gelungener Agricole allerdings nicht in der absoluten Topliga. Dennoch definitiv etwas für den Agricolefan. Auch eine minzige Note ist zu entdecken die ich sehr spannend finde im Trockenfruchtmix.
Schöner ausgewogener Agricole. In der Nase die typischen Agricole Noten, im Mund dann süßes Gras, rote Beeren und Eichenfass. Empfehlung.
Vergleich zwischen dem 2016er und 2019er: beide lecker, aber der 2019 hat bei gleichem Alkohol deutlich mehr Geschmack.
