“Rhum de la gamme permanente de HSE, ce VO offre au nez des fragrances pâtissières, mielleuses et des notes de crème au caramel qui confèrent une grande gourmandise. Cette douceur est soutenue par des fruits secs et confits, des épices douces et une fraîcheur inattendue. En bouche, on perçoit les agrumes et les pruneaux, des notes plus herbacées et végétales, le tout appuyé par des épices plus marquées, un boisé fondu et des notes toastées. C’est rond, doux et maîtrisé. La finale, sèche et assez longue, laisse la part belle aux épices et aux notes rôties, suivies de fruits secs et de légères notes florales. Un très joli rhum pour seulement trois ans de vieillissement. Le rapport qualité / prix est très bon.”
