The "Demerara" was produced in Guyana at the Enmore distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Silver Seal. It was distilled in 2003 from Molasses and then aged for 11 years. The rum has an ABV of 50%. This is a limited release and there are only 288 bottles. 6 community members rated this rum with an average of 8.7/10. "14.08.2015 A nice evening out with friends from Copenhagen and Malmö. Notes Medium dark to dark in colour. Nose Fresh, wood, licorice, pineapple, light caramel, dried fruit. Palate Round, wood, light roasted, vanilla, light caramel, pineapple, light chocolate, dried fruit. Finish Medium long, wood, faint smoke, caramel, lightly spicy, raisin."
