Solider Demerara mit hohem Seltenheitswert. Bei der 2. Verkostung als Guyana Einstieg genommen. Immernoch solide und gut.
Das 3. und letzte Sample für meinen Schweden-Urlaub. Nase: würzig und verbrannt, einem Diamond würdig. Ich habe Muskat, schwarzen Pfeffer, auch etwas Kakaopulver und alte, trockene Vanille. Schön auch eine leichte Anis-Note. Hinter der Würze schlummert Dörrpflaume. Doch auch holzig. 7,9 Gaumen: oh ja, würzig und verbrannt-röstig. Und dann viel Lakritze. Süß-salzige, weiche Lakritze. Und spitze Anis, Richtung Ouzo. Ein guter und solider Diamond. Gefällt mir gut. 8,1
Geschmacklich müsste es ein Port Mourant sein. Hat viel Ähnlichkeit mit dem 97er Jahrgang. Schöner komplexer Rum!
