#4459 09.11.2023 This is a light profile and I would have loved a higher ABV. Medium fruity and fresh with nice grassy notes and light spices.
Cap-Vert – Old Brothers Brut d'Alambic 45,9% (Bar dans les Arbres) Issu de quatre distilleries de Santo Antão (trois à Tarrafal et une à Ribeira da Cruz), ce blend est élaboré à partir de canne rouge et de canne rayée. Un clin d’œil au Bar Dans les Arbres, un lieu perché à 4m de hauteur dans le parc du Château des Creissauds, où l'on déguste des cocktails frais et inventifs. 🔹 Nez : Un bouquet végétal intense, relevé par des notes d’olive verte en saumure. 🔹 Bouche : Très veloutée et grasse, d’une belle profondeur. ✨ Une superbe découverte, même si un degré d’alcool plus élevé aurait sans doute apporté plus de dynamisme en bouche.
Ce rhum ressemblant à un Ti'Punch et porté sur le sucre, citron jaune, végétal. En bouche il est plutôt gras et fruité avec une belle finale
