Extremely tasty Neisson, very balanced, round and sweet: coffee, nougat, cocoa, wood, spices, dried fruits, vegetal notes...has everything that makes an excellent Agricole Rhum, in just perfect balance.
Une très belle licorne de chez Neisson. Le nez offre un beau spectacle avec du toffee, du miel, des notes gâteaux et de cookie qui offrent des des arômes pâtissiers très charmeurs. Les notes de fruits confits et séchés, le boisé noble, les épices douces, le cuir et les herbes embellissent un profil très élégant, gourmand et délicat, loin des côtés terreux et herbeux des rhums agricoles classiques. En bouche, les notes végétales se font plus marquées, avec des saveurs d’herbes et de thé. Les épices et le cuir prennent le pas, avant de laisser une douceur caramélisée envelopper le palais. Une légère saveur de rôti se fait également ressentir. C’est très rond et fin en bouche. Les arômes sont équilibrés. En finale, on revient davantage sur le nez, avec des notes gourmandes de toffee, de vanille et de miel. Le bois et le café viennent ensuite, offrant un ensemble très homogène et riche pour finir la dégustation. Si la bouche est un cran en dessous du reste, le nez et la finale permettent d’introduire parfaitement le rhum et de laisser une dernière impression vraiment agréable. Un rhum exceptionnel, qu’on est pas prêt de revoir de sitôt hélas.
