“This is not your typical Barbadian rum because some of the flavours you usually associate with Barbados are missing. A wonderful rum none the less especially if you look at the price. The bottle comes in a nice wooden box with a sliding front which is pretty fancy for a rum in this price range. The nose is sweet and oaky transferring into a soft well rounded palate that has a bit of cognac to it. Price to quality is very good.”

“An interesting taste, that I find quite OK for sipping. All throughout the tasting I had something linger on my tongue that I could not pinpoint. I find, in the end, that maraschino cherries describe this taste best, it is present for me but not overwhelming.”
