I don't get to taste rum until the end of my vacation in Sweden. Let's see how a Long Pond tastes in these wooded and lake-rich surroundings. Nose: the first things that come to mind are banana, lemon and passion fruit. Then sweetish, like sugar syrup or honey dissolved in water. Esters and vinegar only come second. Overall only restrained, because diluted. 7,4 Palate: already more present here, spicy and bacony alongside beautiful ester notes. Caraway and clove add tartness, banana and lemon fruit.
