"Lots of glue and tropical fruit basket on the nose. Wood is present, but just right considering the age. Very nice! In the mouth then much less fruit, now the oak dominates. I really like the rum on the nose. The rest is wood."
"I think this one will raise a stir during tasting. I do like Jamaican rums thus the high score.Leave to rest for at least 15 minutes in order to release all the flavours.Molasses and fruits get to your nose first, then comes the funk and woody vanilla and some varnish. The palate is nice and strong. Burnt wood with fruit, chocolate and caramel in the front. Then you get hit by subtle tobacco, mint and licorice. The finish is long and stays with you for a long while. Charred wood with currants and wonderful chocolate."
"Spannend, aber mir persönlich zu starke Bitter-Noten."
"Omg, it tastes like soap!"
