“Balanced, but ultimately a bit too tamed. Although here, as with other Moon Demeraras, the dilution does not dilute at all, but compared to other representatives from the 1990 batch is lost a little flavor intensity. Regardless, a very tasty rum remains without blemish, which raises all the more the question of what would have been possible without dilution.”
