Part of the tasting at the estate. This one is probably the best out of the whole set that I tried due to the reasonable 50% of strength, a maximum allowed on Mauritius. It is punchy with floral, earthy and fermentation notes. Some honey like sweetness.
Ein sehr fruchtiger Geruch, Zuckerrohr, Banane, etwas vergoren, leicht floral und schwach alkoholisch. Der Geschmack ist ebenfalls kräftig nach Zuckerrohr, fruchtig, die 50 Prozent Alkohol sind etwas mehr bemerkbar. Ein wirklich gut ausbalancierter ungereifter Agricole.
Interessanter frischer Agricole, eignet sich auch hervorragend für einen „besonderen“ Mojito
Sehr guten weißen Rum, kann nur weiter empfehlen!
