"6,6:The nose announces a thick, sweet rum. It's a sort of mix of candy and berries, like a birthday party with tagada strawberries and grenadine. The caramelized sugar also makes you feel as if you're standing next to a cotton candy stand. A surprising air of lavender and citrus would have us think we were in Provence. Candied pomelo peel and fruits such as dried papaya bring a little freshness, or at least lift the rum a little from its syrupy side.The red fruits are confirmed with aeration, with a creaminess reminiscent of strawberry-milk lollipops.
