“This 3rd release hit the nail spot on. Leave it for 15 minutes, at least, before giving it a go. The nose is a wealth of fruits and vanilla, in the back i can find tobacco and wet leather. The palate is spicy with fruit and smoky oak. A touch of licorice and toffee in the following sips. The finish is long and spicy with oak and licorice.”

“Yummy! Typical rum profile with caramel, wood, toasty/smoky and some dried fruit. The smoky can be more closely paraphrased as tobacco and with the fruit you can detect apple. Despite smoky tobacco on the nose, in the mouth then not as sharp as expected, but it tends more towards roasted chocolate caramel. Nothing remains of the fruit!”
