"7,2:The nose is very fruity and quite gourmand, with sweet-spiced orange peel liqueur. The citrus's oily side brings its share of bitterness, immediately counterbalanced by the roundness of a rum one imagines to be thick and sticky. Aeration transports us alongside a buttery, gently spicy cake batter. It begins to caramelize over time, without losing its orange nuances. 6,9:The palate is round, offering the texture and aromas of the cake batter encountered on the nose. In fact, a slight powderiness is felt on the attack, reminiscent of a ready-to-bake cookie, powdered sugar or dry cake soaked in orange rum syrup. Sweet spices are also present, becoming more and more cooked as they settle on the palate. 6,8:The finish is greedy and round, like a bitter orange liqueur."
