With a powerful 61% ABV, this rum combines savory notes of vanilla, chocolate, and cinnamon on the nose, and a palate of vanilla, woody flavors, burnt sugar, leather, and chocolate. As a limited release, only 138 bottles were produced. “Just got my hands on one of these and I don't regret it at all. An extremely dark rum destilled by Don Pancho in Panama. The 36 years have created a perfectly balanced rum that despite the high proof still manages to amaze. Leave it in the glass for 15 minutes to let it rest and maybe add a few drops of water (not needed though).”
