“Bologne Black Cane Blanc, after 48h of fermentation “the vesou” is distilled in the distillery’s copper Savalle column whereafter it’s slowly reduced from 70 to 50%. Overall a very smooth, elegant and almost luxurious Agricole Blanc. Actually one of the best I’ve tasted for a long time.”
