How does this rum taste?
Brown sugar and licorice set the tone in Naga's Java Reserve, a rum that leans into sweet, dessert-like notes with hints of raisin, honey, and spice. Tasters see it as approachable and unique, with standout Indonesian character, though often on the sweeter side. Worth a sip for those drawn to mellow, sugar-laced profiles.

Mmmh, had somehow expected something else. The nose is all liquorice. Brown sugar is added on the palate, but you can really only taste liquorice. I find this rum a little too sweet.
Leider kein sonderlich guter Batavia arrack Vertreter.
