“It's one of the most impressive Caroni I've met. Very pure, the distillery character is in the glass... I am in love 😍! The rum reveals itself after 1hr of breathing. It's heavy, the alcohol is super well integrated, a lot of natural sweetness, oily, some dried fruits and the amazing feeling of being in a gas station in the middle of a jungle... A masterpiece by Caroni ! This bottle is on its own the perfect definition of what Caroni means to rum.”
