The "Barbados (Salon du Rhum)" was produced in Barbados at the Foursquare distillery. It was selected and bottled by the independent bottler Compagnie des Indes. It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 62,9%. The rum smells like Vanilla, Syrupy and Molasses, and on the palate there is Woody, Chocolate and Peppery.
