It was distilled in 2007 from Molasses with a Pot and Column Still and then aged for 10 years. The rum has an ABV of 62,9%. 10.08.2019 Nice get together with friends at my place. Notes Medium dark in colour. Nose Light, wood, light nutts, sweet, pineapple, dried fruits. Palate Light, light wood, nutts, fruity, tannins, orange, dried fruits. Finish Medium long, wood, dried fruit, light citrus.
Good Foursquare. Perhaps a little young, too much column on the finish.

Seriously, all this foursquare are more or less the same, and this is an tremendous achievement. Rarely a fallout to below the 70 points. Bourbon cask leaves vanilla and spices, some coconut, and overall a bit boring but reliable profile, even with these ib's
