How does this rum taste?
The Rhum J.M 2003, hailing from the prestigious Martinique distillery, was distilled from sugar cane juice and aged for 11 years, boasting a robust ABV of 44,8%. This agricole rum is celebrated for its rich aroma of vanilla, floral notes, and hints of orange, alongside a tasting profile defined by woody, vanilla, and vegetal flavors with subtle passion fruit undertones. Users appreciate its balance of sweetness and spice yet note it lacks complexity and a long finish. Ideal for enthusiasts of agricole rums seeking a mellow and floral whiskey alternative.

Excellent nose - dark, toasty and intense. Great roastiness and pleasant sweetness on the palate. A bit wild on the palate. Only the finish is unfortunately too thin.
