"Great new PM with surprising notes. At first, blind in the glass, it evokes associations with Savanna and Fiji, probably due to its medicinal notes, saltiness and a hint of eucalyptus. But then it is also quite typical, with herbal aromas, a slight woodiness and perhaps a little umami at the end. What surprises me is the slight sweetness of this rum. For me, it oscillates somewhere between marzipan and honey and distracts me somewhat from the other aromas. Not a highlight, but still a nice representative from Guyana!"
