This rum is quite ok. To be honest, I had expected a little more from a 20-year-old rum. It has a nice cognac flavor on the nose and palate. However, in my opinion it drifts too much into the spiced rum corner. The alcohol is not really well integrated either.
Musím říct, že koňak ve vůni necítím, ale že se jedná o produkt z Guyany není pochyb. Celkem dost karamelová vůně s perníkovým kořením, lehce zázvoru a sušeného ovoce. V nasládlé chuti kombinace melasy a karamelu, mýdlovost, praženost, třísloviny a káva. V závěru koření, karamel, hořká čokoláda.
