“Enjoying this one right now while preparing for the big Whisky and Rum Event tomorrow. One of my favourite Damoiseau's because of the overall profile and very well integrated ABV. ------- I got this bottle a little over a month ago and I've sipped it a few times. It is now one of my favourite Agricoles. The nose has lots of wonderful spices mixed with fruit, wood and some leather. The Agricole is definitely there and some grassy notes The palate is elegant and complex with spices, chocolate and a sprinkle of banana. Dry warm Agricole in my mind, yummy. The finish is long and warm with orange, wood and vegetal notes. You should rest this nice rum for at least 15vminutes before giving it a go.”
