“Da una botte ex-caroni mi sarei aspettato un sapore più marcato di Caroni, ma va detto che alla fine è invecchiato poco. Grande rum, profumato e sicuramente esperti molto più bravi di me sapranno trovarci maggiori sfumature. Molto leggero il sapore inconfondibile di catrame del Caroni. Velier come sempre, grazie alla sua perseveranza con la classificazione triple A, ha rilasciato una bottiglia degna di nota. Velier mi ha dato emozioni che pochi altri hanno saputo fare.”
