A.H. Riise XO 175 Anniversary Rum

Dieser A.H. Riise schmeckt mir ausgesprochen gut. Er duftet nach geröstetem Holz und Vanille, schmeckt nach Früchten und Karamell. leicht scharf im Abgang. Wie bei vielen dieser Marke wurde auch hier ordentlich nachgesüsst. Ich finde ihn aber sehr lecker und habe gleich eine Flasche geordert.

Try ONLY two samples. Not bad, good fotlr everybody eho likes a.h. riise. Sweet, but not asi much asi other a.h. riise. Dont want buy a whole bottle, but every sample is a way to rum world. Definitelly Sweet experience.

Sehr süß, erinnert mich an billigen roten Früchtetee oder künstliche Sisha-Aromen, außerdem diskrete Pfeiffen-Noten.

Ich denke, nach der EU Gesetzesreform dürfte er heute nur noch als Rumbasis verkauft werden. Ist schon ordentlich Zucker drin.

Bernsteinfarben. Geruch nach Orange, Zitrusfrüchten und sehr künstlich. Geschmack sehr süß. Viel zu süß... Orange, künstliche Aromen und Zuckerwatte. Bleibt klebrig und künstlich im Mund. Leider so gar nicht meins.

The A.H. Riise 175yr was so far one of the best rums I have drunk. Light spiciness with versatile fruit, white tea and light anise on the finish. The rum was a bit oily which I really liked. Definite buy recommendation!

Genauso künstlich wie alle anderen

Unglaublich, wie süß und vielschichtig zugleich es Riise auch hier wieder hinbekommt, um Süßrumfans in ihren Bann zu ziehen. Die Rauchsüße im Abgang gefällt mir an dieser Version sehr gut.

This is definitely a rum for the fan base of A. H. Riise. Sweet like the usual rums from this company. The nose is sweet and fruity with a tad of smoke and mint. The palate is very sweet and the fruitiness continues from the nose. Creamy charred mint and vanilla. The finish is short to medium long and sweet with orange and oak. A tad too sweet for me but it will probebly have a huge fan base out there.

I have devalued a little here. Sweet rum no longer tastes as good to me as it did when I first tasted it

7,5:On the nose, there's a certain heaviness of very ripe fruit at first. But the profile soon becomes rather light, though gently spicy. Exotic wood and vanilla show signs of opening up and amplitude, then the rum reveals all its love of confectionery, with fruity bubble-gum and marshmallow.With aeration, the woodiness now seems sweet, but still exotic because it's also spicy. The rum is tart and powdery, like candy. 7,2:On the palate, the rum is thick and syrupy, with a slightly creamy vanilla/strawberry sweetness. The spices, which have been discreet until now, suddenly heat up the palate to the point of stinging the tongue. Caramel then takes the edge off. 7:On the finish, there's a sweet little lemon candy and a slight burnt touch, like a memory of that spicy phase on the palate...
