Hauptsächlich süß und Karamellig und schokoladig. Nicht übermäßig süß aber hier wurde definitiv nachgeholfen. Hat was von Schoko cookies, ist leider aber auch sehr dünn. 40-42% hätten hier besser gepasst. Ansonsten ist hier nicht viel Komplexität aufzufinden.
A nice upgrade compared to the Barcelo Gran Anejo. A lot richer in taste. Nice roasted flavors from the cask. Medium finish with caramel.
Rather sweet. Mostly caramel, vanilla and butterscotch vibes. Pretty different from other Barcelo rums for that price. Not very complex, but still interesting. A bit like Diplomatico Reserva Exclusiva.
I thought I'd give this a shot for 22€ to see how this would be if I had this as a daily rum. I think it is quite ok. The fact that the abv is so low is not an issue. It has a nice rounded mouthfeel with tons of roasted nuts and oaky notes. Lovely.
