It was distilled from Molasses with a Pot Still and then aged for 18 years. The rum has an ABV of 43%. "10.07.2020 A nice tasting meeting new and old friends. Notes Medium dark in colour, light wood, faint smoke, banana, overripe, source, light nutts, prunes. Palate Warm, light roasted wood, banana, ginger, light caramel, dried fruit, light anise, faint orange. Finish Medium long, wood, fruity, warm, orange, spice, faint chocolate and caramel."
