- Long, warming finish
- Excellent integration of flavors
Fresh-cut grass and pepper launch the profile of La Maison du Rhum #3, soon joined by bursts of vanilla, citrus, and stone fruits—especially peach.
"The nose starts with some fresh grassy, wooden and pepper notes and a slight hint of glue. Leave it for a couple of minutes and you’ll find notes of passion fruit and peach and more and more vanilla. Really complex. The taste ist pepper and grass again but with some caramel and vanilla following short after. The finish is long and warm with strong peach notes, but not sweet at all. Really a very good one."
