"Super complex! Great Versailles with a deep, woody, slightly bitter, spicy Black Tot note! Tasting on 13.10.23: unfortunately there is virtually no other 86 Enmore for comparison. Charles has solved the mystery behind the rum. In terms of taste, this must be a KFM! It's quite similar to the Flensburg 91, but much fruitier due to the shorter ageing period. An excellent rum that is second to none!"
"A very fine greeting from the old enchanted forest. More precisely: from the forest floor overgrown with berries. Yes, that must be a KFM! I only knew it from 1991, so I poured myself some of the RX7441 for comparison. Et voilà: clear similarity. However, the Silver Seal is much deeper, rounder and fruitier. A really great drop (for KFM lovers like me)!"
"90 points. All the classic Enmore markers are present with a lovely tobacco note in both nose and mouth. Add some earthiness, coffee, leather and a pleasant bitter note and you have a very good Enmore."
"A dream for every sniffer! In the nose first massive solvents. Once you've absorbed them, delicate notes of wood, licorice, spices, dried fruit, etc., come towards you underneath. Exciting! In the mouth a lot of wood, a lot of spices, overall very, very complex. An iconic bottle."
